Services Offered

• A referral system for users and financial advisors.
• Self-NBFC lending (subject to regulatory approvals).

We do not guarantee approval or disbursal of any loan product. Final decision lies with the respective lending partner.

User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date personal and financial information.
• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Use the platform for lawful purposes only.

You are solely responsible for any activity conducted through your account.

Advisor Program & Referral Earnings

Kredzy offers a platform where registered advisors can promote financial products and earn commissions. All earnings are subject to validation of successful transactions and disbursal by respective lenders.

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel referral earnings in case of misuse, fraud, or non-compliance with program guidelines.

Third-Party Links & Lenders

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites, apps, or financial institutions. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or services of such third parties. Loan disbursal, approval, and terms are governed solely by those institutions.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and design elements on Kredzy are the property of KredCommerce Systems Private Limited or its partners. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

Limitations of Liability

Kredzy is a facilitator and does not guarantee loan approval, interest rates, or processing timeframes. We are not liable for:

• Any losses or damages due to loan rejections.
• Errors or delays by third-party lenders.
• Unauthorized access to your account.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Kredzy at our discretion, without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these terms.

Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, or where our registered office is located.

Disclaimer

Kredzy is not a bank, NBFC, or direct lender. We do not provide loans, credit cards, or any financial products directly. Kredzy only facilitates users by redirecting them to our licensed partner providers’ official websites or applications.

All loan, credit card, and financial product applications are processed exclusively by the respective partner financial institutions. Approval, rejection, interest rates, fees, repayment terms, and all related decisions are solely at the discretion of the partner institutions. Kredzy has no role in approving, rejecting, or modifying any financial application.
