At Kredzy, we are committed to protecting your privacy and giving you control over your personal data.

In-App Data Deletion Request

You can request the deletion of your personal data directly through the Kredzy mobile application by following these steps:

  1. Open the Kredzy App
  2. Go to Profile or Settings
  3. Tap on Privacy & Security
  4. Select Request Data Deletion
  5. Confirm your request by following the on-screen instructions

Once your request is submitted, our team will process it within 7 working days, and a confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.

Alternatively, you may request data deletion by sending an email to:

Subject: Data Deletion Request

Please include the following details:

  • Your registered name
  • Your registered email address and/or mobile number
  • Reason for the request (optional)

We may reach out to verify your identity before processing the deletion.

What Happens After Deletion

Upon successful deletion:

  • Your account will be deactivated and permanently removed from our platform.
  • All associated personal data will be deleted from our active systems, except where retention is required by law or for compliance purposes.
  • Transactional data required for regulatory or audit purposes may be retained as per applicable laws.

Exceptions

Please note that we may not be able to delete your data if:

  • It is required for ongoing transactions or unresolved issues
  • Retention is mandated under applicable financial, tax, or regulatory laws
